Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will only apply to residents of Texas in which we are registered, but not to any other US state or the rest of the world.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please make the check payable to:

How much will my shipping charges be?
• WalletShoppe.com offers FREE ground shipping within the Continental United States on all orders exceeding $100.

• Standard Ground shipping on orders less than $100 is $6.95.

• Expedited Shipping is Available for an additional charge. This charge is determined by the size and weight of the item being shipped.

• All in-stock orders will be shipped within 2 business days from the time of order. In many cases an order will be shipped out the same business day. Please note that engraved items can take an additional 2-5 days to process.

• Please note that orders for Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via 2-Day Service. Also, some international orders can take an additional 3-4 business days to process.

What if I need to return my order?
You may return an item in its original condition for a refund within 30 days of receiving. You may return merchandise for store credit for up to 60 days. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All sales on clearance items are final. Please contact us via email at info@walletshoppe.com and a customer service representative will assign a return number for you. All returns must be accompanied by this return number as well as the packing slip within the original delivery. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection. Please note that we are not able to accept returns on any engraved items.

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only). For international orders, we will E-mail you of the missing items to confirm the balance of your order.
